Liz Dunlap
Liz Dunlap is the senior vice president and chief human resources officer for Indiana University Health, the largest healthcare system in the state with 14 hospitals and more than 300 primary care and specialty care offices. With over 30,000 team members, IU Health is the largest employer in the State of Indiana.
A visionary human resources professional known for her collaborative workstyle and people-centric approach to leading organizations, Dunlap is responsible for the development and implementation of innovative programs supporting compensation and benefits, employee and leadership development, diversity and inclusion and culture.
Prior to joining IU Health in 2016, Dunlap was the chief people officer at Panera Bread and before that led the Human Resources division at Christie’s, a global auctioneer house. In addition, she has served in key human resources leadership positions at other employee-centric organizations including Campbell Soup Company (Godiva) and The Walt Disney Company.
Dunlap holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California-Los Angeles.
