Erin is the Talent Acquisition Leader for North America and has responsibility for early talent recruitment programs, campus/university relations, early talent development and leadership programs and military initiatives. She is also responsible for the Americas HR Shared Services team which includes Immigration, Relocation, Expats/Inpats, Affirmative Action and HR Data Entry.
Erin joined Zimmer Biomet in 2005 and served as an HR Business Partner for several divisions including Corporate, Operations and the reconstructive division before joining the Talent Acquisition team in 2014.
Erin holds a B.S. degree with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Ball State University.
