Janet Boston is the executive director of Indiana INTERNnet, a non-profit organization managed by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. Indiana INTERNnet is the catalyst for expanding the creation and use of experiential learning opportunities as a key strategy in retaining Indiana’s top talent. Employers, students and education institutions look to Indiana INTERNnet as the premier source for information and services to support internship connections in Indiana. She is responsible for launching and sustaining a statewide awareness campaign to inform Indiana businesses of the Indiana INTERNnet program and the many benefits of hiring interns. She brings extensive management, communications, marketing, planning and fundraising skills to Indiana INTERNnet acquired through her private and non-profit sector management career. Prior to joining Indiana INTERNnet, Janet held leadership positions at the Arts Council of Indianapolis, The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, Steak n Shake Corporate Headquarters and FMC Corporation Link-Belt Chain Division.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Indiana University and an MBA from Butler University.
