Tap into Indiana’s talent

Indiana’s economy is increasingly dependent on college graduates having the skills to succeed in the workplace. The Education-to-Employment Convergence is a statewide forum focused on ensuring a smooth education-to-employment transition for Indiana college students.

The 2019 Education-to-Employment (E2E) Convergence event will:

  • Highlight Indiana University’s ongoing efforts to prepare students for careers.
  • Promote development of Indiana-based career pathways for students.
  • Examine how our initiatives can be enhanced by learning from, and applying, national best practices.
  • Build on knowledge acquired through previous four E2E events featuring many of Indiana’s leading college-to-career programs

This year’s event will feature a roundtable discussion facilitated by nationally-recognized higher educational consultant Jim Woodell, along with career services representatives from each IU campus and industry partners.
